The Patient Group works together with us to share ideas to try to improve the service we offer.
Colchester Medical Practice operates a shared PPG across Castle Gardens, Wimpole Road, Shrub End Surgery and Parsons Heath. We have 2 to 3 patient representatives from each site who meet every three months to discuss any issues and plans affecting patients.
